Hole In One, LLC Terms and Conditions

Express assumptions of risks, Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Indemnity. By signing this document, you will waive certain legal rights including the right to sue.

This agreement releases Hole In One, LLC and any of its subsidiaries, employees or vendors from all liability relating to injuries that may occur while participating in or viewing any of the activities available at Boulder Creek Amusement Park.

By signing this document, I agree to hold Hole In One, LLC and any of its subsidiaries, employees or vendors free from any and all liability, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, including but not limited to injuries caused by negligence.

I also acknowledge the risks involved in the activities available at Boulder Creek Amusement Park. I understand that injuries can easily occur when skating, climbing, stepping inside a batting cage, wandering blindfolded through a wooden maze, and even walking the uneven terrain of a mini-golf course.

I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily, and that all risks have been made clear to me. I further state that I do not have any conditions that will increase my likelihood of experiencing injuries while engaging in any of these activities.

By clicking "I agree" on the completed electronic waiver form (or signing the printed waiver form), I forfeit all right to bring a suit against Hole In One LLC, its subsidiaries, employees or vendors for any reason. In return, I will be permitted entry into Boulder Creek Amusement Park and be permitted to participate in the activities available. I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions as posted, listed in writing and as explained to me verbally. I will ask for clarification when needed.

If signing on behalf of a minor I certify that I am the child's legal guardian.
